Due to a number of family events going on in the week, I am extending the turn to Saturday June 8th at 3PM EST. I know this is a rather long extension, but I won't really be able to run things until the weekend. I apologize for any inconvenience.

A few rule changes that are going to be made.
CHARACTER RULES
New Skill. Taskmaster (2; N/a) - increase Personal NPC limit by 3.
Average Trait renamed to “Well Versed” Well Educated Trait renamed to “Higher Education”
NPCS AND COMPANIONS IN THE PERSONAL TURN
If a character has any personal NPCs or Companions, they may be used to perform one action during the personal turn. NPCs cannot be used in the Kingdom Turn if they are being used in the Personal Turn. NPCs can not use the PT actions Study or Train. Companions have the ability to use all Personal Turn actions and gain experience as would a player character. Companions are also able to do both Kingdom Turn and Personal Turn actions.
NPC Limit - (Lead+Std)/15
Persona NPC Costs - 20 gold/3 months
If an NPC is not paid, they cannot be used for personal or kingdom turns until the next payment quarter.
BATTLE RULES
Heavy Infantry - d6 damage dealt, has 15% damage reduction.
When a location is attacked, the defender will be given an estimated number of troops approaching and will be given the option to defend or to abandon the location. If a location is chosen to be defended, the defender can choose to meet the invader in a field battle or a siege battle. If a location is abandoned, the ruler or magistrate will have the option to choose an allying adjacent location to retreat to. When retreating, gold, food, troops, and arms can be transferred to the new location, though a penalty will be enacted in the haste of retreat. The penalty will be a 20% loss of each resource. A ruler or magistrate will be given 48 hours after the invasion post to respond. If no response is given, it counts as surrendering the location with all resources and NPCs to the invader.
All battle tactics will see an increase of 5 AP. Excluding Transfer.
Demoralized Threshold moved to 49-11 from 45-11. Normal moved to 100-50
Removed Slowed Condition.
Delay Tactic Changed. Delay (Int; 35) - Slow an enemy unit, reducing their Initiative for future rounds by 20. Range of 2 (3 with Delay skill). Roll + Attacker’s Int/10 - Defender’s Lead/10 > 11
Specified what tactics can force a duel (Ambush, Charge, Raid).
When a unit is defeated, it will result in a 20 morale swing. -10 Morale for the side of the defeated unit, +10 for the other. If a ruler is defeated in battle, it will result in a 30 morale swing. -15/+15 respectively.
On Fire Condition changed from dice rolls to percent damage. On Fire - The unit takes periodic damage to both food and troops. 10% Troops, 8% Food.
PERSONAL TURN
Sell Food (10) - Sell food from your personal storage. 5 Food = 1 Gold.
Hunt/Patrol/Tutor gains rebalanced.
INJURY
A Character will naturally heal 3% injury every month.
KINGDOM TURNS
Kingdom NPC Costs - 30 gold/3 months
